TERMS OF SERVICE - CONTENT KICKSTART WORKSHOP

By checking the box next to these Terms of Service and clicking the “Purchase” button, you, the purchaser of the Content Kickstart Workshop (“Customer” or “You”), agree to purchase this service provided by MacLeod Media Inc., a Canadian Corporation (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”), and enter into this legally binding agreement with terms as follows:

For good and valuable consideration, Customer agrees to purchase the Content Kickstart Workshop from Company. In exchange, Company agrees to provide the workshop services as outlined below.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
These Terms of Service are entered into by and between You and Company. The following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") govern your participation in the Content Kickstart Workshop.

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you complete your purchase. By purchasing the Content Kickstart Workshop, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, found at [Privacy Policy URL]. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you must not proceed with the purchase or participate in the Workshop.

This Workshop is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all eligibility requirements.

WORKSHOP DETAILS
Customer understands and agrees that the Content Kickstart Workshop includes:
A) Access to:

Training sessions focused on content creation, storytelling, and social media growth strategies.
Instruction on filming, editing, and using beginner-friendly tools like CapCut.
Practical exercises and resources during the workshop.
B) Customer understands and agrees that the Content Kickstart Workshop does not include:

Individualized social media management or custom content creation services.
Ongoing 1:1 support or consultations after the conclusion of the workshop.
Discounts on future workshops or services unless explicitly stated.
Customer acknowledges that they have done sufficient research to understand what is and is not included in the Content Kickstart Workshop. Customer agrees to be bound by the Company’s Disclaimer, which is available here: [Insert Link].

LIMITED LICENSE
By participating in the Content Kickstart Workshop, Customer is granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials and content provided during the Workshop for their personal use only. All intellectual property rights remain with Company, and nothing in this Agreement constitutes a transfer of ownership.

Customer agrees not to copy, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, perform, or provide access to others, or exploit Company’s intellectual property without Company’s express written consent. Any violation may result in revocation of access to the Workshop and may result in legal action.

USAGE
The materials and resources provided in the Content Kickstart Workshop may be used solely for personal or business use in relation to the Customer’s own social media content. These materials may not be shared, resold, or repurposed for profit.

Any misuse, sharing, or distribution of Workshop materials beyond what is allowed will result in the immediate termination of access with no refunds for payments made. Customer agrees to respect and honor the intellectual property and efforts of Company in creating these resources.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the Content Kickstart Workshop and the planning involved, refunds are only available if cancellation is requested in writing 7 days prior to the start of the Workshop. After this period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy ensures that Company can plan and execute the workshop effectively for all participants.
